Wyatt is the kind of horse who makes owning a horse simple and a joy! He is the coolest, most unique Gurulla roan color around. Wyatt stands 15.3hh at 4 years old. We expect him to mature about 16hh. Conformationally he is built correctly, balanced, athletic, and made to last. He is a Percheron Quarter horse cross, gelding. Under saddle Wyatt is very safe and sensible. He will walk, trot and canter with ease. He knows his leads. His gaits are steady and balanced. Wyatt is an extremely comfortable ride. Wyatt will work off seat and leg pressure and his transitions both upward and down are effortless. He has been started over fences and has an amazing knees to nose jump. He is very brave to the fences and loves arena work. Wyatt has also been ridden on the trails. Wyatt has proven himself both on and off the farm. He has been ridden down state roads in traffic and handles passing vehicles with confidence and maturity. He is not the type to get worked up — he stays level-headed and looks to his rider for direction. In the barn, he is quiet, respectful, and easy to handle. He stands tied, enjoys attention, and has great ground manners. In the pasture, he gets along well with other horses and settles into a herd without drama. He shines on the trails as he's logged plenty of miles over varied terrain up hills, down hills, over logs, and through water. He takes everything in stride and keeps a steady, confident pace. He has been exposed to tarps, pool noodles, whips, and everyday ranch-style obstacles, proving to be desensitized and dependable. Overall he rides Western, English, and even bareback with ease. Wyatt will fit into almost any program!
